Self-Love and Identity Meditation

Practice this simple act of self-acceptance as a first step to building a daily life-long meditation practice.

  1. Sit tall with your feet flat on the ground.
  2. Close your eyes.
  3. Visualize what the dream version of yourself would look like to other people.
  4. Would you be seen as successful, strong, independent, beautiful, glowing, popular, etc.? Think of all the things you are striving to be more of. Then let it all go.
  5. Now think of all the things you already are. Think about what you already love about yourself and repeat the phrase “I am enough.”
